Day 2 :)

Day two and I'm still going strong although I have encountered a problem of a rather personal nature! Having increased my vegetable intake threefold, Nature has made her presence felt in a gusty way. They were SBD but that appears to changing with every 'puff'!! I feel spooning tonight will be short lived!

Eating breakfast on a school day also means I have to get up ten minutes earlier. Something I didn't factor into this morning's schedule and spent until 9.15 trying to catch up with myself. The question is whether to go the whole hog and get up thirty minutes earlier and do some exercise and have a leisurely brekkie or just ten minutes and wolf it down? I'm not swayed towards the former as the boiler is playing up and it's going to be cold and dark at 6.30! Perhaps ease myself in with extra time for food and eat it in bed while it's winter and then crack on with some earlier mornings when it gets warmer and lighter :)

On the plus side the food is still delicious and sooooo easy. Approached my portions from a different angle this evening. My lovely sister has a portion plate which she keeps safely in a cupboard. This wonderful device measures out the healthy portions for numerous foods so this evening I tried to remember what they were and dish our meal out accordingly. Unfortunately this meant half a plate of vegetables which isn't going to help the aforementioned problem!

In all seriousness though I feel clean inside if that is possible. I'm not sure why this should be but I like it.

I know I shouldn't but I'm going to jump on the scales in the morning - just to see...
